Mikhado and Hotspurs in ABC clash

The Rabali Stadium will be a hive of activity on Sunday afternoon. The ABC Motsepe League match between the newcomers, Mikhado FC, and Giyani Hotspurs will be staged there.

Mikhado proved that they are ready to absorb any amount of heat when they lost to Molemole Academy through a penalty shoot-out in their Nedbank Cup match at the Jane Furse Stadium in Sekhukhune last Saturday.

Giyani Hotspurs are still in grief after losing 0-2 to Madridtas FC at the Tshifudi Stadium two weeks ago.

Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila will entertain Polokwane United at the Tshifulanani Stadium. Although they will be playing in front of their home crowd, Madzivhandila will be lucky if, by chance, they manage to hold United to a draw. A quick glance at their track record shows that United are fast becoming a force to be reckoned with.

Madridtas will travel to Jane Furse in the Sekhukhune area, where they will play against Ditlou FC at the Jane Furse Stadium. It remains to be seen whether Ditlou will be able to penetrate the defence of Madridtas, marshalled by Ernot Dzaga and Lutendo Mulaudzi.

The Polokwane derby between Baroka FC and The Dolphins FC will be played at the Ngwana Mahube Stadium. The pace setters, Ndengeza FC, will host Boyne Young Tigers at the Giyani Stadium. Ndengeza are still to lose a league match this season.

Molemole Academy will travel to the TT Cholo Stadium outside Polokwane for their match against Magezi FC. Joe Maweja will play against Mighty FC at the Tshifudi Stadium on Sunday.

Polokwane Academy will host Great North FC at the Rugby Fields next Wednesday, October 25.
