Excitement is building for the inaugural Makhado Easter All White concert, scheduled to take place on Saturday, 30 March at the Makhado Show Grounds. The event boasts several high-profile local and national artists.

“We are targeting revellers from Elim, Nzhelele, and Sinthumule/Kutama. For too long, Louis Trichardt, especially the local show grounds, has lacked a proper event with a significant lineup to entertain our people. We aim to breathe life into Louis Trichardt and rejuvenate our town's entertainment scene,” stated spokesperson Dakalo Mamathuntsha.

In addition to the main event, other activities will be offered, including the Miss Makhado Easter All White pageant, where the queen, first and second princess, and the public choice winner will be crowned, with substantial monetary rewards for the winners.

The lineup for the main event features renowned artists such as Nkosazana Daughter, Shebe, Prince Benza, Mdu Masilela, Takie Ndou, Mizo Phyll, Gusba Banana, Benny Mayengane, Khakhathi, Rude Kid Venda, and many more. Additionally, about 30 local artists have been booked, including Sister T, Slendergirl, Asa Tee, Shony Mrepa, Bellafonte, YellowMah, DJ Van Tonder, DJ Lagguga, Lutro Da Music, P Postman, Ligevhenga, and others.

The event will kick off at 10:00 and continue until 06:00 the following day. Tickets are priced at R200 and are available at Shoprite and Checkers. VIP tables can be purchased via WhatsApp or email.

Mamathuntsha assured attendees that security measures both inside and outside the venue would be stringent to ensure their peace of mind.
