Can the students stop TTM?

Several important NFD matches will take place this weekend. Whether University of Pretoria (Amatuks) will stop Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) at the Absa Tuks Stadium in Pretoria tomorrow afternoon remains to be seen.

TTM are the only side who are still to lose a league match this season. The only NFD side in Limpopo are currently leading the pack with 12 points, one ahead of Uthongathi FC.

The defenders of Amatuks will have it tough against TTM’s forwards, Edward Manqele, David Zulu and Ononogbu Onyedikachi.

Tshepo Ramaele, TTM's number one goalkeeper, is a doubtful starter in tomorrow’s encounter. He sustained a knee injury in their home game against Jomo Cosmos at the Thohoyandou Stadium last Saturday.

Mbombela United will host Richards Bay FC at the Kanyamazane Stadium outside Nelspruit. Richards Bay did the unexpected last weekend when they beat Ajax Cape Town 1-0 at the Umhlatuze Sports Complex in Richards Bay.

TS Sporting will pay a visit to Uthongathi FC at the Princess Magogo Stadium in Durban. Uthongathi lost their first league match last weekend when Royal Eagles beat them 1-0.

The Kwazulu Natal derby between Real Kings and Royal Eagles will be staged at the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium in Durban. Stellenbosch FC will lock horns with Witbank Spurs and Ajax Cape Town will play against TS Galaxy in Siyabuswa.

Jomo Cosmos will take on Cape Umoya United in Thembisa, while Maccabi FC will host Ubuntu Cape Town.
