“TTM still on track”- Madzuhe

Although they have managed to win only one of the three league matches they have played to date, Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC (TTM) are still optimistic that they will achieve their set goals at the end of the season.

According to the club’s marketing manager, Mr Nicholas Madzuhe, their aim is to finish their league programme on top of the log and gain automatic promotion to the Absa Premiership Division.

Madzuhe stressed the fact that they will partake in the promotional play-offs in case they fail to finish on top of the log. He reiterated the fact that they want to reach the final of the Nedbank Cup, apart from what they want to achieve in their league title race.

TTM were languishing at the bottom of the log before their match against Jomo Cosmos last Saturday, whom they beat 1-0 at the Thohoyandou Stadium. They moved four steps up on the log, following their victory over Cosmos.

The NFD newcomers, Super Eagles, are now battling for survival at the bottom of the log with one point in hand. Richards Bay FC and Ubuntu Cape Town are in the 15th and 14th positions respectively with two points each. Cape Town All Stars are on top of the log with seven points.
