TTM and Cosmos in NFD clash

If the words of Mr Nicholas Madzuhe, the marketing manager of Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, are anything to go by, Jomo Cosmos will go back with empty hands after their NFD League game against TTM at the Thohoyandou Stadium tomorrow afternoon.

Tshakhuma have good reason to press the panic button after failing to collect a single point in the two league matches they have played to date.

Madzuhe said that they had done their homework and that the mood was good in the camp. Asked about the players’ state of health, he said that all his players were ready to go.

TTM will rely on Jonathan Stoffels, Eethe Khaukanani and Aluwani “Killer” Nedzamba for goals. On the other hand, Cosmos are still in a celebratory mode after walloping the University of Pretoria 5-0 two weeks ago.

In the other NFD matches that will also be played tomorrow, Royal Eagles will host Stellenbosch FC at the Harry Gwala Stadium in Pietermaritzburg. The University of Pretoria are set to make a comeback when they host Highlands Park at the Absa Tuks Stadium in Pretoria.

Real Kings will travel to the Kanyamazane Stadium in Nelspruit to honour their fixture against Mbombela United. Mthatha Bucks will undertake a journey to Richards Bay, where they will play against Richards Bay FC at the Umhlatuze Sports Complex.

Ubuntu Cape Town will host Super Eagles at the NNK Rugby Stadium in Cape Town.

Sunday will see Witbank Spurs take on Cape Town All Stars in Emalahleni. Black Leopards will meet Uthongathi FC at the Princess Magogo Stadium in Durban.
