Roggert Nyundu joins Amazulu

After parting ways with his former club, Black Leopards, three weeks ago, Roggert Nyundu has found a new club. Last week, he has joined the Durban side, Amazulu FC, on a one-season contract.

Nyundu was recently dismissed by the disciplinary committee of Black Leopards, following acts of misconduct.

After training with them for only five days, Nyundu was offered a one-season contract. Nyundu will play alongside seasoned strikers in Siyabonga Nomvete and Mabuthi Kanyeza at Amazulu.

In an interview with Limpopo Mirror, Nyundu stated that his target was to score 15 goals with Amazulu this season. The general manager of Amazulu, Mr Lunga Sokhela, confirmed Nyundu’s move, saying they were happy to have a striker of Nyundu’s calibre in their camp.
