New leader for Khubvi-Tshiseluselu

Representing Thovhele Midiyavhathu Tshivhase, Vhamusanda Thandululo Tshivhase advised the newly installed traditional leader of Khubvi-Tshiseluselu village, Vhamusanda Tshinyiwaho II Randima, to dedicate himself to serving his community and ensuring better services.

“We want the new traditional leader to be on the forefront of developments in his village as communities need better roads, electricity and water,” Tshivhase said.

He was joined by Khosi Thinawanga Randima and other traditional leaders and elders for the inauguration of Randima on Saturday, 9 October, at the Khubvi-Tshiseluselu sports grounds.

Ankonisaho Randima was named khadzi and Ndalamo Randima ndumi.

Khosi Thinawanga Randima said he was happy that this section of Tshiseluselu also had a leader to look after its people again.

Vhamusanda Tshinyiwaho II Randima pledged to dedicate himself to serving the community, and to seek God’s wisdom to rule diplomatically, without nepotism. The chief succeeded his late father, Vhamusanda Tshinyiwaho I Randima, who died in 2020.
