Toddler drowns in bucket of water

 

The police in Tshilwavhusiku are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a toddler from Madombidzha. The young boy seemingly drowned in a bucket of water.

According to the police the incident happened over the weekend. The 18-month-old toddler was with his mother, who was busy with washing. She apparently left the young one alone for a short while, but when she returned, she found he had drowned in a bucket filled with water.

The police warned parents to look after their babies and never to leave them alone.
