ATM blown up at Choppies, Louis Trichardt

A report has just been received that robbers blew up an ATM at the Choppies Store in Louis Trichardt.

The Makhado Police have confirmed that an explosion was reported on Tuesday night. “We are not sure what happened but are busy investigating the matter,” said the local police spokesperson, Const Irene Radzilani.

Shots were also fired between the security guards of the shop and the robbers. Reports that one security guard was injured could not be confirmed immediately.
