IRC to launch its manifesto

The International Revelation Congress will launch its manifesto at the 2010 Centre in Thohoyandou on Saturday (tomorrow) starting at 09:00.

The party’s founding president is Mr Ernest Mammba. In Limpopo, the party’s provincial candidate and also the convener is Mr Khakhathi Tshisikule.

Tshisikule, who is also a well-known reggae musician, said it was all systems go for Saturday’s event which he said would attract thousands of their followers and non-party members. “We are one of the fastest growing parties and we are happy to have surpassed old parties by contesting nationally and also in six provinces. Our manifesto launch will be in two phases, and the one tomorrow will be the first, with another one to be held outside the province of Limpopo,” Tshisikule said.

Tshisikule said that, besides speeches, free entertainment would be provided by the best artists in the mould of Dr Colbert Mukwevho, Virgie M, Mutendas and Khakhathi himself. They will also unveil the leadership of Limpopo during the function.

“We have big plans for this country and our coming together will also chart the way on how we are going to punish the ANC, which had made the lives of a lot of South Africans miserable over decades. The ANC has replaced apartheid by corruption and, as responsible citizens, we can punish them by voting them out for a better South Africa,” he said.
