A former Black Leopards assistant coach, Mr Joel “Muporofitha” Masutha (photo), is now the assistant and goalkeeper coach of the National First Division outfit, Royal Eagles FC. With Lidoda Duvha’s failure to win PSL promotion or qualify for the play-offs, the Limpopo outfit has decided to part ways with his technical assistant, Mongezi Bobe. With his joining the Durban-based Royal Eagles, Masutha will again work with the former Leopards’ coach, Mr Kostadin Papic, who is the technical advisor of Eagles. Masutha received a letter of retrenchment from Leopards two months ago and then decided to look for employment elsewhere. According to sources close to Eagles, the KZN club is likely to announce Papic as their new head coach, with Masutha set to become his assistant in the new-look technical team.   

Masutha joins Royal Eagles

 

Former Black Leopards assistance coach, Joel”Muporofitha” Masutha follow , former Leopards coach, Coasta Papic to National First division  team, Royal Eagles as assistance and goalkeeper coach.

Masutha has been working alongside with Sello Chokoe at Black Leopards towards the end of the season.  Masutha sacked with technical assistance, Mongezi Bobe.The two were part of the club’s technical department this past season with Masutha working as a goalkeeper coach, an assistant and a caretaker coach along the way. Bobe also served as an assistant.

However, with the season having come to an end for Lidoda Duvha following the team’s failure to win PSL promotion or qualify for the playoffs, the Limpopo outfit has decided to part ways with him.

 Masutha has signed a contract with the club and will be reuniting with Kosta Papic, who is the technical advisor at the club.

 Masutha received a letter of retrenchment from Leopards two months ago, which is why he decided to look for employment elsewhere.

Black Leopars appointed Zimbabwean coach; Jairos Tapera takes over from Sello Chokoe, who led Leopards towards the end of last term following the resignation of Kosta Papic. Papic had replaced Major David Bright at the National First Division outfit.Chokoe stays on as an assistant coach, with Joel Masutha and Mongezi Bobe having already been sacked.
