New leadership for LFA’s

 

New leaders for the four Vhembe’s local football associations were elected during the past week.

Mr Ntodeni Mulovhedzi was re-elected chairman of Mutale LFA. He will be assisted by Mr Derreck Mothibi. Mr Hosea Ntsieni is the secretary and his assistant is Mr Norman Ndou. Mrs Norah Mudzielwana retained her post as the LFA’s treasurer. The other members of the executive committee are: Messrs Joe Malala, Norman Mudau, Peter Nemulodi and Rudzani Manenzhe.

Musina LFA is now headed by Mr Theodore Maoka. The other members of the Musina LFA executive committee are: Messrs Donald Sebola (deputy chairperson), Sinkie Matabele (secretary), Levy Sibanda (deputy secretary) and Tuwani Dzhangi (treasurer).

There were no surprises in the Makhado LFA elections as Mr Joseph Maphaha retained his position of chairman. Mr SJ Maluleke will assist him, while the post of the secretary is now held by Mr TP Thaba. Mr Thaba will be assisted by Mr MF Phathela. The other members of the association's executive committee are: Messrs SJ Tshikosi (treasurer), and MP Rambau and NA Malisha (members).

Thulamela Local Football Association’s elections were held at the Thohoyandou Indoor Sports Centre on Sunday. Mr AA Tshisikule was unanimously re-elected the LFA’s chairman. The first deputy chairperson of the association is Mr N Ligege, while Mr AG Mabasa is the second deputy chairperson. The other members of the LFA’s executive committee are: Messrs LA Ramukumba (secretary), Elvis Booi (deputy secretary), Marcus Mukumela (treasurer) and AE Singo, TR Tshipepele, M Tshitake and CV Ramaliba (members).
